Full Service Design is an all-inclusive service for new construction and large scale remodels. This package includes but is not limited to:

• Exterior and Interior Architecture 

• Cabinetry Design

• Plumbing, Trim, Flooring, Lighting, Hardware, Countertops, Wall Finishes, etc. 

• Soft Finishes: Furnishings, Art and Decor

• Regular Site Visits

• Procurement, Coordination and Ordering 

• Continuous Communication With All Parties Involved

• Renderings 

Consultation Design is a limited service that is either in person or virtual. This package is best for a small remodel or multi room refresh and includes:

• Exterior and Interior Architecture 

• Cabinetry Design

• Plumbing, Trim, Flooring, Lighting, Hardware, Countertops, Wall Finishes etc. 

• Furnishings and Decor

• Renderings and CAD are available for an additional fee

• 20 Hours (1-2 rooms​)

• 40 hours (3-4 rooms or small scale remodels)​

1:1 Virtual Design is for those who are looking for guidance on a single space or whole home project without the budget for a full service design package. These 1:1 virtual consultations are one hour and we advise on:

• Exterior Design

• Floor Plan Layout

• Cabinetry Design 

• Fixtures, Finishes and Trim 

• Paint and Wall Treatment 

• Furniture, Decor and Styling
